Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the COLECTIVO FUTURO SHOP (“Site”).

ORDERING PRODUCTS AND FULFILLMENT
By placing an order with the COLECTIVO FUTURO SHOP you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
All prices on the COLLECTIVE FUTURES WEB SHOP are given in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), but exclusive of delivery costs.
You must pay at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY
We currently use the UK Royal Mail Service for all domestic and EU deliveries. Delivery costs and delivery times will be calculated at the moment of the purchase and in accordance with the Royal Mail pricing and delivery policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
When products are available stateside, we will use the USPS Priority Mail Service for all United States deliveries. Delivery costs and delivery times will be calculated at the moment of the purchase and in accordance with the USPS pricing and delivery policy.

If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, please note that we will need to charge you the additional shipping fees to re-send the package. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned undeliverable, we will not be able to refund you the shipping charges.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact us if you have any problems with lost or damaged packages and we will address the specific situation. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and specific damage.
With regards to damaged prints:
In the rare event that a print is damaged or flawed, we ask that you first provide us with photographic evidence within 14 days of receipt. After confirming the damage or flaw, we will ask you to destroy the print and provide photographic evidence of this. We will promptly provide you with a replacement.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
REGARDING LIMITED EDITIONS
Most of our prints and artworks are offered exclusively in limited editions. No further reprints will be made of any products after they have sold out.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your order date.
Sale items and all printed artworks are non-returnable.
For exchanges and returns please contact us and include the following:
Your name, order number, order date, name of the product you wish to return, reason for return, if you would like to return an item please notify us via email at email@example.com.
Please bear in mind that YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we at COLECTIVO FUTURO take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. For more info please read our Lost and Damaged Packages section.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your Paypal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds onto Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of COLECTIVO FUTURO LTD.
